Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is a CGI film directed by Tetsuya Nomura and Takeshi Nozue and produced by Yoshinori Kitase and Shinji Hashimoto. It was written by Kazushige Nojima and the music was composed by Nobuo Uematsu. The film is based on Final Fantasy VII. The Blu-ray version, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, adds new scenes and was packaged with a playable demo of Final Fantasy XIII in Japan.
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children was released September 2005 in Japan, and April 2006 in the US and Europe. Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete was released April 2009 in Japan and June 2009 in the US. Screenshots are taken from the Japanese version of Advent Children Complete.
